So I've been working on putting videos in the 3d environment and everything was going great until I tried to screen capture my shows. I was sitting steadily at 30-50 fps through the whole song with video playing and now I need to load the video multiple times throughout the song and I'll see the frames drop to 2 and then back steadily at 30+. Can I put the video in the showfile like a jpeg to help with the loading problem or just any other things I should know to try to improve fps.

Any help is apprecaited,
