Cant see some fixtures in MA 3d

Hi, wondering if someone can shed some light on this please.
I cant see some fixtures in their true form in MA 3D
For instance, the BeeEYE and Prolights Air5Bar and also cant see the Prism in the Polights Panorama IP65 Airbeam.
any tips welcomed.
