Just revisiting this question.
When I patch, for instance, a Clay Packy B-Eye of any persuasion it is not represented in MA3d properly.
Same with the Prolights Air5Bar and the Prolights Panorama IP65 Airbeam doesn't show its prism...

I had a comment "does it have a 3d model attached"
What would this mean and how do I find out?

FYI: I can see a lot of vids on youtube where these fixtures are represented correctly.

Can anyone help?
Is it my version of MA3d - v3.9.0.1 (on both MAPC & MA3d)
or
Is there a paid "full" version i should get?
