I opened up the case for our Grand Ma 2 Lite and a few buttons fell out. I hit the power button and the 5" touch screen started its "rainbow" white look, but never started, failed to boot up. I packed it back up and benched it, opened it up looking for loose connections. Dang these boards are build like well. There is adhesive on most connectors and supports. I touched a few, reseated the power supply connectors, but nothing obvious, powered up and she started just fine. Repeated many times, no more issue. I opened the keyboard drawer and another button fell out.
Question to tech guys: Could a loose button in the keyboard drawer push down on another button and prevent the console from booting up? Is there any other common issue that fits this description?
Thanks.
