This is ooold topic :-)
The images needs to be imported into the console as well. Custom gobo images do not automatically follow the exported fixture profile or the show file. It is a link to an image at a location int the system.
So you'll need to manually import into each console that needs to see the gobos.
It's not the best solution - I know, but that's how it works.
