If Loaded Macro

Hi All
I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on this?
I want to load a bunch of cues, or executors and have them all "GO" at the same time using the Master Go button.

I have seen a 2 year old vid of someone doing this via a macro but alas, the vid doesn't show how the macro was made.
