well, writing the macro for this might take just as long. But if you're doing it often, it could make sense.

I would do something like
select your exec.

1 setvar $fixcount = (how many fixtures?)
2 setvar $fixstart = (first fixture number?)
3 setvar $cuestart = (first cue number?)
4 clearall
5 fixture $fixstart at full
6 store cue $cuestart /o
7 clearall
8 addvar $fixstart = 1
9 addvar $cuestart = 1
[$cuestart <= $fixcount] macro 1."this macro".5

it's a bit easier if you always want 50 fixtures and 50 cues starting at 1, though.

1 setvar $fixstart = 1
2 clearall
3 fixture $fixstart at full
4 store cue $fixstart /o
5 clearall
[$fixstart <= 50] macro 1."this macro".1
