Sounds like you're accidentally toggling Program Time Manual XFade on and off unknowingly. You'll see a virtual fader for Program Time at the right side of your encoder bar. When the "Manual XFade" button has a green square in the top right, it's enabled and you won't see programmer values output until sliding the program time fader all the way up. Simply tap the "Manual XFade" button to disable it.
