Hello, it's not possible.by Oliver Rump - grandMA2 Macro share
To create a timecode show via macro, several objects must be created in objects at the same time: TC Show->Tracks->SubTracks->Events. This is not possible via the Text User Interface. It is only possible via the graphical user interface or by importing a TC Show as xml file.by Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Check your Message Center for Warnings. Missing Stations or Speed Change indicate a network failure. If the connection is interrupted during a data exchange, the result may be that the devices wait for each other. This looks like it's frozen.by Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
It is all about the selection order of the fixture. In a layout view, the order of selection can be very easily made in any direction with a lasso.by Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, here's a little show file. Goto Cue1 starts the loop (2,3,4,5) and Goto Cue 6 leaves the loop. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
You have recorded a Sequence with Cue 1, 2, 3, 4 with TC relative Go+ Cue events. You insert a Cue 2.5. TC still has 4 x relative Go+ Cue events and now triggers Cue 1, 2, 2.5, 3. Cue 4 is no longer triggered by TC. You have recorded a Sequence with Cue 1, 2, 3, 4 with TC absolute Go Cue events. You insert a Cue 2.5. TC still has 4 x absolute Go Cue events and still triggers Cue 1, 2, 3, 4by Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, Fixture Type requests should be sent to the MA distributor in your country. Send your distributor a mail with the user manual/DMX charts as a PDF attachment, write which operating mode you need and ask for support. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, in the DMX sheet you can find the DMX addresses for the lampcontrol channels of the P3 Varyscan. No function At 0%, Lamp Off-Reset-Lamp On >0% If the DMX value remains at 0% and the P3 still do a lamp off or reset then the reason may not be in the console. Hi, the fixture type is displayed as visualization class LED without beam. In the Fixture Types/Modul Manager menu change the "Class" LED to Conventional. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hello, we'd also like to know how that can happen. How can a double cue be created? Then the software programmers could prevent such an error. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, a little v3.7 show file "temp vs cross fader.show.gz" for you. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hello, please check the MA Fixture Share page. Fixture Support should always be requested from the MA distributor in your country. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hello, is it a grandMA2 4Port Node (P/N 130211)? Which software version? The Art-Net transmitter is not a grandMA2 console or grandMA2 onPC? There is only one Art-Net transmitter? What is the configuration like? MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hello, Assigning or removing DMX profiles on DMX channels only works via the Graphical User Interface (GUI). The assigned DMX profiles are visible via the path: "LiveSetup/DMXUniverses/Universe x >" but cannot be changed via the Text User Interface. The DMX profiles can be deleted via the TUI: "LiveSetup/DMX-Profiles 1 >" "Delete Thru" MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 Macro share

Hi, very simple, it is a bug that is not fixed yet. Until the bug is fixed, there are simple workarounds. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, Worlds as copy filters work with Groups or Presets. It has never worked with copy Sequence before. Delete Sequence respects the Worlds. First copy the Sequence x at y , then Delete Sequence x If Group x or Delete Sequence x If Fixture x Thru y or first make a World with the Fixtures that shouldn't stay in the Sequence. Then select the World and delete the Sequence. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, the Rate 1 value cannot be changed but with a macro you can set any SpecialMaster (SpeedMaster 5 = SpecialMaster 3.5) to a BPM value, e.g..: SpecialMaster 3.5 At 20 MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, this is more of a macro forum question but try the macro in the appendix. A preset 2.1 is first searched to see if it has fixtures that are used in a sequence. The fixture selection is then inverted and the unused fixture is activated in the programmer and deleted from the preset with Store /Remove. The macro then loops to the last given preset. All lines are without times. It may be nby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, no it's not possible. Beam intensity and spot intensity can only be set separately in MA 3D Global for all fixtures in the rendering options. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, a test with the current 3.7.0.3 version. Patch a fixture with COLORRGB1 and DIM. In Stage View and in 3D a red beam is displayed. Replace COLORRGB1 with COLORGB2 and exit the patch with Save. In Stage View and in 3D a green beam is displayed. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hello, that seems to be a bug. After importing Layouts, the zoom is +/- 0. If the original Layout is zoomed to +/- 0, of course there is no difference after importing. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, via the Text User Interface you can view all switches. cd TimecodeSlot List e.g. the start time should be 4 minutes 6 seconds and 12 frames then the command is for it: Assign TimecodeSlot 1 /GeneratorStartTime=4m6s12f MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, one way is to save the channels first. Then park and after unparking call up the storage again. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, All modules start with Coarse 1. In the instances the DMX offset is patched. Main Module = 1,2,3,8,9 Dim Module = 1 Instance Manager: - Main Module 1 - Dim Module 4 - Dim Module 5 - Dim Module 6 - Dim Module 7 MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum

Hello, if the standard MA models in 3D are not realistic enough then you can have them built. There are vendors who are specialized in this, e.g: MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hello, Rate1 SpecialMaster 3.1 SpecialMaster 3.1 At 80 The reset to 60bpm (Rate1) works without a delay. The value At 80bpm works without a delay. Even when you make a DS/HS before. Tested with 3.7.0.3 version. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
Hi, A functioning network has rules. Our recommendation: - A flexible network cable to a Console, NPU or Node should not be longer than 15 meters. - between two Ethernet switches a flexible network cable should not be longer than 75 meters. - Never operate a network without an Ethernet switch. If a network is outside the rules then components will not work reliably. MA Supportby Oliver Rump - grandMA2 discussion forum
